Learn how to reduce your home’s summer water use and slash your water bill by installing a gray water system that redirects wastewater from showers, bathtubs, laundry and bathroom sinks to irrigate your garden, ensuring that you have green landscaping even during droughts.
The program, “How Gray Water Can Cut Your Water Use and Save Money,” features Sherry Bryan of Ecology Action. It will be presented by the Citizens Environmental Council of Burlingame. It is cosponsored by the City of Burlingame and is funded by the Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency. Admission is free.
