RecycleMore is a local government agency officially known as The West Contra Costa Integrated Waste Management Authority (WCCIWMA). It is a joint powers agency created by the Cities of El Cerrito, Hercules, Pinole, Richmond and San Pablo, and Contra Costa County California charged with making sure the region is in compliance with California State Law "AB 939" which mandates reducing the amount of material going to landfill by 50% by the year 2000.
