When the sun sets, not all of nature goes to sleep; in fact, many animals are just waking up. Join Docent Naturalists Paul Billig and Laura Knott-Thomas to witness the changes that occur along the Stevens Creek Nature Trail as day transitions into night. You’ll stop to enjoy your dinner along the Canyon Trail as darkness descends. On your return hike you'll learn techniques to best observe the sights and sounds of nocturnal nature.
Bring a pad or plastic to sit on and a flashlight (red filters for your flashlight will be provided if needed).

Reservations are required and will be accepted on or after October 12 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon) and close October 25 at 2:00 p.m.
